"The property is within walking distance of the tram station, where I got down. The owner of the property was in contact with me and guided me with proper directions from the airport. My stay was very comfortable. The owners of the house are very warm folks who will tell you all you need to know about Nice and nearby locations. I adored the dog and the cat in the house who are very friendly."

"The accommodation was excellent and the location very good. Close to the port and tram meant beaches, the Town and the whole coast was easily available. A day pass on the train cost around £12 and lets you see Cannes, Antibes, Monty Carlos and much more. The room and home were spotless and the hosts and family made me so welcome yet went out of their way to give me peace and privacy. Best hosts I have ever encountered."

"I was anxious about two things. Pets and sharing the bathroom. The pets were so well behaved I didn't know they were about. As for the bathroom it is absolutely workable and once again the hosts went out of their way to give me privacy and comfort. So the result is there was nothing I did not like."

"Very nice host, she recommended many places for us to go that mostly locals know about! Also, the location is exceptional. Her dog and cat were very well behaved, we got along very well with the dog and barely noticed the cat. The apartment was extremely clean, and the host had recently cleaned our room before we got there. She even offered to do our laundry, which was very nice. We would recommend staying there for sure!"
